INTERNSHIP

The internships, which are geared toward last year university students and new graduates, constitute the main channel for entering and working in Barilla. The internship program is a training program as well as, at the same time, a real-life "hands-on" experience, that will prepare the candidates for possible future working opportunities within the Company.

The internship program is connected to specific projects to be carried out in the different areas of the company. Usually the period lasts about six months; in order to give a full opportunity to fully integrate into the organization specifically within the area which the intern is placed. This also guarantees that the experience will be as meaningful and complete as possible for the candidate.

During the internship, a tutor, who will be a manager of the intern's related company area, follows the candidate in order to help him/her adapt into the company's environment as well as to train them in the employment of the tools required for carrying out the assigned job.

The candidate's availability for the internship needs to be given at the moment of the application.

The selection for each company area is conducted continuously.
