Our human capital team supports line managers with organizational design, building and managing high-performing teams, succession planning, recruiting, leadership development programs, functional trainings, and rewarding.
With our integrated Internal Communications team we reinforce our unique culture, and align our people towards our shared objectives and company vision, through targeted communication activities and events.
We also work on a great variety of innovative, interdisciplinary projects, involving colleagues from other job families and geographies, incentivizing cross-cultural exchange and collaboration.
